It is my personal belief that Dan Dalstra is the most talented person to step behind the lens since Richard Avedon. He is not just wedding photographer, or a photo-journalist, or a documentarian, he is in every sense of the word, an artist. His ability to capture emotion in un-paralleled and his photos are love incarnate. When Dan photographs my wife, he allows the rest of the world to see the stunning beauty that I see every moment of every day. The greatest part of being around this photo-maestro is when he finally says "we got it", turns the camera around, and captures me, himself and my love with three perfect grins. It is with complete admiration that I say Mr.Dan Dalstra is a friend and by all definition, completely supreme. And when he publishes a book of his work, I'll be the first in line.
